These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NUMOKSHA (numoksha.in) and the personalized Chaldean numerology reports we provide. By using NUMOKSHA, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Service

NUMOKSHA provides personalized reports based on the principles of Chaldean numerology, an ancient system of number-based interpretation. Reports cover life path, compatibility, business analysis, and related matchmaking variants (couple, business partners, friends, siblings, parent-child).

Important Disclaimer: Our reports are provided for spiritual guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice. Decisions you make based on these reports are your own responsibility. NUMOKSHA does not guarantee any specific outcomes, predictions, or results.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NUMOKSHA or purchase reports. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Account & Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate birth details (name, date, time, place of birth).
Reports are generated based on the data you provide; inaccurate data will produce inaccurate readings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment and Refunds

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise noted.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Once a report has been generated and delivered to you, payments are non-refundable, because each report is custom-created based on your unique birth data.
In rare cases of technical failure where a report is not delivered, contact numoksha9@gmail.com within 7 days for a full refund or report regeneration.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on NUMOKSHA (including report templates, numerology interpretations, branding, written guidance, designs, code, and graphics) is the exclusive property of NUMOKSHA.
Your personalized report is for your personal use only.
You may not redistribute, sell, republish, or commercially exploit any content from NUMOKSHA without written permission.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape the site
Interfere with site security, performance, or other users
Submit false birth information for fraudulent purposes
Use NUMOKSHA to harass, harm, or discriminate against others

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep NUMOKSHA available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

NUMOKSHA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or specific results from our numerology reports.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing numoksha9@gmail.com.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Ahmedabad, India.
Before initiating legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution via email at numoksha9@gmail.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
